I was given a very generous Target gift card for the holidays and decided to spend some of it on this counter-top convection/toaster oven, and I never looked back. I started using this more than my regular oven when I'm cooking for myself. This thing is pretty big. I've actually cooked a half a fillet of salmon in it; so, you could easily cook for a family of four without your regular oven heating up your house. Reheating is a breeze, and, honestly, it doesn't take much longer than the microwave, anyway. And the food tastes a thousand times better. Heating soups on the stove, I avoid those hot and cold "pockets" that microwaving produces. I can tell you I've never been happier in my kitchen. The best part is that it keeps me from buying a frozen meal at the grocery store "just this once." By that alone, I started eating healthier right away.
